RAD Studio 11.3 Patch 1 released
News|by Leanne Bevan|4 May 2023
RAD Studio 11.3 Alexandria introduced several new features and improvements, including enhanced code completion, improved debugging, and support for the latest operating systems. However, as with any software release, the update was not without its issues, and users reported several bugs and glitches.
What is included in the RAD Studio 11.3 Patch 1 update?
The new RAD Studio 11.3 Alexandria Patch 1 addresses many of these reported issues, including problems with the IDE’s UI, code editor, and debugger. The update also includes performance improvements, making the IDE faster and more stable.
One of the major fixes in this patch is for the IDE’s UI, which had issues with scaling on high-resolution displays. This could cause elements of the UI to appear too small or too large, making it difficult to use the IDE effectively. The new patch addresses this issue, ensuring that the UI scales correctly on all displays.
Other fixes include improvements to the code editor, which should make it easier to use and more responsive. Plus, the debugger is improved, with fixes for issues such as breakpoints not being hit and variables not being displayed correctly.
Update now
RAD Studio is widely used by developers for building applications across multiple platforms. RAD Studio 11.3 Alexandria Patch 1 is expected to make the development process smoother and more efficient. The update is available for download now; users are encouraged to install it to take advantage of the improvements and bug fixes.
