Introducing our Microsoft 365 Managed Backup Service
News|by Leanne Bevan|29 August 2024

In a world filled with more intelligent hacking and stricter data regulations, it can be hard for some businesses to have the time and resources to manage their own backup and recovery effectively.
We are delighted to announce that we now offer a managed service for Microsoft 365 backup.
Why do you need a Microsoft 365 Managed Backup Service?
Microsoft 365 offers a range of services, including email, collaboration, and storage solutions. While it provides basic protection and retention features, these may not cover all data loss scenarios, such as accidental deletions, security breaches, or compliance requirements.
This gap underscores the necessity for a robust backup strategy that complements Microsoft 365’s offerings. Without it, data loss is likely, whether one email is deleted by human error, or a folder emptied by the malicious actions of a rouge employee or a ransomware attack. All these scenarios can disrupt your day-to-day operations and divert time from your IT team’s productivity.
Here’s what our cyber security expert, Scott Harrison, says about the new service:
“With the ever-growing complexity of compliance, along with evolving tactics by cyber criminals to target users by email, safeguarding your M365 user and company data and keeping it secure and available should be viewed as a priority.
Our Backup service delivers an end-to-end service. It does all the hard work of setting up the protection of your data, recovering when needed and giving you peace of mind that if the worst happens our technically certified support team will be on hand to help your business back to normal.”
